Common questions

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. Every GuideSignal Labs app runs entirely on your computer. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or sent to any server. Your clipboard history, files, and documents stay on your machine and nowhere else.

How does the free trial work?

When you install the app, you get 14 days with every feature unlocked — no credit card needed. After 14 days, it switches to the free version, which still works but has some limits. You can upgrade to Pro anytime for a one-time payment.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You never need to create an account, sign in, or give us your email. Install the app and start using it immediately.

Is this a subscription?

Most of our apps are one-time purchases — pay once, keep forever. No recurring charges. WriteFast is the one exception because its AI models receive ongoing updates, so it uses a monthly plan.

How do I get my Pro features after buying?

Enter your license key in Settings inside the app. Pro features activate immediately.

What Windows versions do you support?

Windows 10 (version 1809 or newer) and Windows 11. The apps are small (under 50MB) and don't need special hardware — they run on any regular PC or laptop.

How do I completely remove the app and my data?

Uninstall through Windows Settings (search "Add or remove programs"). To also remove saved data, delete the folder at %APPDATA%/com.guidesignallabs.[appname]/. After that, everything is gone — we don't keep anything anywhere else.

I found a bug or something isn't working right.

Email us at support@guidesignallabs.com. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and what version of Windows you're on. A screenshot helps too. We take every report seriously and usually fix things within a week.

Can I get a refund?

Email us at support@guidesignallabs.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll sort it out. If something isn't working, let us know first — we'd rather fix it than refund it.
